What's included in my registration?
Your registration includes access to all sessions in your pass tier, networking events, expo hall, mobile app, complimentary WiFi, tea/coffee stations, and digital materials. All-Access passes also include workshops, labs, VIP lounge, and catered meals. Virtual passes include live streams and 90-day recording access.
Can I upgrade my pass after registering?
Yes! You can upgrade from Standard to All-Access or from Virtual to in-person at any time before the event. Simply log into your account and pay the difference. Upgrades are subject to availability and pricing at the time of upgrade.
How do CMP credits work?
Eventia Summit is approved for up to 24 CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) clock hours across our certification tracks. Attend sessions within your chosen track, check in via the mobile app, and receive your CMP certificate within 2 weeks post-event. Certificates are accepted by MPI, PCMA, and other major associations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive a full refund minus $50 processing fee. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Within 30 days: no refund, but registrations are transferable to another person at no charge. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for international attendees.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes! Download the Eventia Summit app (iOS/Android) 2 weeks before the event. Features include personalized agenda builder, interactive venue maps, speaker bios, real-time notifications, AI-powered networking matches, live polls, Q&A, and more. The app also works offline for viewing your saved schedule.
What accessibility services are available?
We provide wheelchair accessible venues, reserved seating, sign language interpreters (request 14 days in advance), live captioning on all mainstage sessions, assistive listening devices, service animal accommodation, quiet rooms, prayer rooms, and dedicated accessibility support staff.
